POLICIES
No Shows – Session fees will be forfeited. No automatic rescheduling. After 3-no shows and no communication, all remaining session(s) could be compromised.
Cancellations (Parent/Student) AT LEAST 24-HOURS IN ADVANCE otherwise, session fees will be forfeited. Lost sessions will be rescheduled.
Cancellations (Owner/Tutors) AT LEAST 24-HOURS IN ADVANCE otherwise, session fees will be waived ‘or’ credited for an alternative session.
REFUNDS
No refunds, unless authorized by the owner. At the owners discretion only.
Absolutely no refunds for group sessions.
